Purpose and acceptance
JAWEBNI provides professionals with configuration tools and an AI chatbot through which customers can consult services and availability and create, reschedule or cancel appointments. Using the service means accepting these terms and the privacy policy.
Account and access
Users must provide accurate information, retain control of their sign-in account and report suspicious access. They are responsible for actions and permissions within their business.
Access may depend on a trial or active subscription. Applicable features, limits, dirham prices and due dates are displayed on the Subscription page.
Professional responsibilities
The professional remains responsible for the legality of the activity, published information, prices, hours and policies, team availability, customer relations and sector and data-protection obligations.
Acceptable use
JAWEBNI must not be used for illegal, fraudulent or misleading activity, to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, extract data in bulk or infringe third-party rights. It does not provide medical diagnosis, advice or prescriptions and never replaces emergency services.
Authentication and third parties
Google sign-in is used to authenticate professional accounts and remains subject to the provider’s terms. Revoking it may prevent access until another sign-in method is available.
Availability and appointments
JAWEBNI uses reasonable means to calculate slots and avoid duplicate bookings but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Professionals must keep hours and absences current and handle conflicts or emergencies directly.
Suspension and deletion
JAWEBNI may restrict or suspend an account for non-payment, breach, fraud, abuse, illegal use, security risk, unauthorised access, legal requirements or urgent technical need. Where possible, the professional is informed and can remedy or challenge the decision.
Service changes or discontinuation
JAWEBNI may change, temporarily interrupt or discontinue all or part of the service for technical, economic, legal, security or force-majeure reasons. Foreseeable discontinuation will receive reasonable notice where possible.
Liability
JAWEBNI uses reasonable means to provide a secure and available service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Professionals remain responsible for their information, services, prices, availability, appointments and access security.
Ownership, governing law and contact
